Guessing since majority of people I watch and people I know on the internet and in real life might have forgotten of me and moved on with there lives. Which is good cause I want the best for them. I've been busy with school since I started earlier then I expected and running for another round next semester. It's been nice since I'm going for a certificate as a Personal Trainer and have the opportunity to help others. Plus, I enjoy working out at is it and results have been great so cool beans haha ^__^. As for life I'm only able to have time to go to work right after school and maybe have some time to see my girlfriend if I don't have to study. With this little break though I'll be sure to relax a bit but just until I have to go to work back to back >:

Aside from the funny humor of the title this post kinda makes me sad.I don't like to post when ever I'm in need cause I feel I should be able to take care of things or be able to take care of things if one way goes from bad to worse. But in any case I do apologize for some who get tired of seeing this message but it's very important to not only me but also my friend/roommate as well since we're going to school and also attending jobs which pays just barely our portions of rent. What had happen with the roommate we had in just a month left in that same month and is leaving us to debts that the others have used and not payed up for. So me and him are trying our best but it would really benefit us to have another roommate.

So again here is the post I've had if anyone is interested:

I have a house and need one tenant.

My name is Kem, I'm a greenville tech student,in school to become a personal trainer and a publix deli associate.
My hobbies are working out, martial arts, Xbox 360, drawing and art,
anime, and playing guitar(poorly as it sounds but never disturbing anyone though).

My house is two stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The bedrooms are on
the top story along with the laundry room. and two bathrooms. Down
stairs is a living room, dining room, den, breakfast area, kitchen and
half bathroom. There is a small front porch and a back patio, nice
medium sized back yard that is fenced in. It also has a grill and
storage shed. There's lots of closet space. There is also a single car
garage which has been converted into a gym. It is fully furnished (washer
and dryer,fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ect.) with table and
couches. I am looking for someone to rent one of the two extra bedrooms
I have. My current tenant is moving out.

Rent is between 400-425 a month. It includes ALL UTILITIES. Yes that means water,
heat, electricty, sewage, cable, internet, and phone. So 400 if the utilities are low (such as in spring) and 425
if high (such as in winter, high heating cost).

It is right off of wade hampton before the Petsmart in a nice neighborhood.

There is no deposit required. Just pay the first rent and your in.

Looking for people who can come in as soon as possible, at the latest in January. Who are interested in a six month or 1 year lease. Basically telling us in advance that your leaving so we can be prepared.

My other roommate is Shawn, he is a Greenville tech student. He works at greenville
memorial hospital as a PCT and at Embassy suites as a waiter. His
hobbies include working out, martial arts, xbox360, board games,
watching movies with friends and reading for vast knowledge.

I'm 23 and he is 22 and just normal college students looking for someone who is
fun, honest, and dependable to share a good living environment with.

New year/School/NEED A ROOMATE

Ok first things first and that's to say Happy(I'm a month late) New year. This year has started a bit rough but it balances out some how.If anything I've picked up and I'm still pushing forward ^__^.

I started school this semester as a PCT(Patient Care Technician)to work at hospitals or health care centers. I'm still working at Publix which is good but nothing I want to pursue as a career. So hopefully after I get this semester finished I can work straight in a hospital and get back to my art. Speaking of art, I haven't done anything since my job, school, gaming >3>, and working out has consumed all my time. Oh also sleep >_>. But yeah any case like I said . i finish semester I go HARDCORE ON SOME ART MAN! haha.Ah Good time, good times.

But yeah I have a favor to ask anyone I know here, and or if you know someone for this but.

So as mentioned if you know anyone who is interested please let me know cause this is great offer not only for us but for anyone who is in need for somewhere to live. Me and my friend are honest and like being punctual about our payment so you don't have to worry about being shafted on rent. As well we're equal about our share of what needs to be done around the house. We don't like to argue or have any drama if anything we talk out our situation and try our best to find the best solution to solve the problem.

Things get betterover time

Well its been days after the whole incident that happen...pretty much my parents are back together and forgot the whole thing...which really pisses me off..Why can't they just Divorce and get it over with...sure it would take me awhile to get over it..but thats it...i would go on...and everything would be much better...If I ever where to have someone in my life ...and have a fight in which I had most of the part doing..I would fix it and change...most important thing about having a relationship is having to change ...I change alot ....but its for my own good as well..and also that i will know the consiquences and the good out of it...ok im blabbing..sorry...

well christmas was like any other day... the only present I got from my parents was that I don't have to pay rent this week...but its cool...yesterday in the morning I deposit my check from work..and later that evening I purchased online a guitar which Im really excited and a wacom Tablet...so yeah its like a present from me to me...I just wished I had time to purchase stuff for my friends...I'll try to do something nice...

Dramatic Christmas Eve

Just yesterday, December 23, 2004 between 4:30-5, Yvonne came too pick me up from work..(Yvonnes my stepmother)...While we were heading to the house, she was telling me that she was goin to go out and get me and Elijah and Michael(my step brothers) some earings for a Christmas gift. Yvonne doesnt really believe in the holidays...in which I could understand why...alot of people forget about the real reason this day is celebrated...This was also her last time actually putting up with holidays too. She said next year ...she is gonna stop celebrating holidays ever...Another thing i understand and respect..the only thing is...My father still wants to do holidays...but thats not the problem or the subject...

It was ten minutes after 11:00 pm ...after getting off the phone with my best Friend, Dwight ....Yvonne comes home....my dad comes out with his arms crossed saying "Where have you been?!"...and then..Hell broke loose...they both started arguing...I didn't want to get involved with it ...So I plugged my headphones and played Thrice real loud so I couldn't hear them yelling at eachother...it didn't really work as much since stuff was fying across the room...At the time...I was chatting with Tiffany on AOL instant messenger....Then Mike came out the room and had a startled face...I took off my head phones and heard a rucus across the other room...Mike got away from my dad and I tried to stay in between them so they couldn't do much harm..yvonne was cursing my dad out ...the same goes with my dad..my dad was just makin it worse to get Yvonne mad...after a few minutes Yvonne went to all Elijah to pick her up...I was still in front of my dad with my back faced to him...again...words were exchanged and Yvonne got mad ...she grabbed a bottle and told me to move...I couldn't cause i knew what would happen if i did...so she tries to hit my dad but couldn't since i was blocking her way...and my dad starts talking smack..telling her to hit him...to me, that was really cowardly for my dad to say that behind his own son.. Suddenly I got hit with something...my glasses fell ...and I got pissed ...I yelledto my dad "WHAT THE FUCK!!!!...WHY THE FUCK DO I HAVE TO BE IN THE MIDDLE!!! HUH!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO BE THE ONE IN BETWEEN OF THIS!!!!...I told my dad to sit down and don't come out...by the look on his face, I could tell he was afraid...I took a look at my toe and it was bleeding...so i left the room and see what Yvonne was doing...SHe had a knife ready to cut my dad...I closed the door and locked just in case...well after calming her down and gettin her to call some one to chill out some where...Elijah speeds his way over here in his car...gets out and was about ready to fight...we had to calm him down saying that nobody got hurt ...then after thatYvonne packed her stuff and left with Elijah taking Mike and Bella(my little sister)...don't know where they went...

Its 1:16 and it's Christmas eve..very quite ....today we were suppose to throw a party before Christmas..guess its canceled...I wanted to invite my best friend Dwight over and chill...I have to work also on Christmas eve for about 9 hours...

I guess is introduction necesarry here...Hello my name is Kem and this is my first time doing this in Livejournal... I don't know much about this place ...so I'll probably have simple things in my page for now...

Well since this is a journal I guess I have to put what I did this day...you know..like a real journal..or...something O-o;; .... but then what is a journal exactly...isn't a journal were you write your life and secrets? Well today I went to work...I work at Radio Shack, which I like working their...the only problem is that holidays are the worst time to work...why? ... plane and simple.... alot of people.... SHOP O_O!!!
